Today, death claimed Dr. William E. Dugger, Jr., Emeritus Professor at Virginia Tech and Senior Fellow for the International Technology & Engineering Educators Association. Dugger was a recognized international leader and researcher advancing education reform to clearly identify what every child should know and be able to do to be technologically literate.
